What have you learned through the process?

How have your skills improved over the past week?
- I learned to free up some of my time in order to be able to visit the Salvation Army. My time management skills are improving. I am also getting more comfortable at Salvation Army and with the pther workers making it easier for me to help.
Are you on track for an on-time delivery?
-I feel that I am on track now.
What adjustments need to be made on the timeline?
-I need to adjust the scheduled dates to be able to join the Homeless Count being held in April.
My next action is….
- My next action will be to do more volunteer work and help as much as I can since the main function of the Salvation Army is to distribute food.

What have you accomplished?

What has gone wrong?
- Meeting the person in charge of Salvation Army.
What challenges have you faced?
- I have faced challenges with time management. I need to manage my time more carefully in order to be able to go to Salvation Army and help and be able to go to school and work.
What have you learned through the process?
- I've learned that time management is critical. I have also learned that giving back to the community, especially to the people that seek help, is harmless and makes the helper and the person seeking help feel good.
